Shipping and dispatch
When your order actually arrives
We are a made-to-order shop, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. We are small. Rather than guess what will sell and sit on a room full of stock, we order your item in from our Australian wholesaler once you have bought it, then pack and post it ourselves from Melbourne.
That means we are not the fastest shop you will find. It also means we are not selling you something that is three weeks away on a boat, and it means the item is genuine, because it comes through an Australian wholesaler rather than a marketplace seller.
How long it takes
- Dispatch: up to 5 business days. That covers ordering your item in, it arriving with us, and us packing it. Most orders go sooner. You get a tracking number the moment it ships.
- Delivery: 2 to 6 business days after dispatch. Australia Post Parcel Post. Melbourne metro is usually 2.
- So, realistically: about one to two weeks door to door.
What it costs
- Free shipping on orders over $35.
- Flat $10.20 under $35. Tracked, same service.
- We ship within Australia only.
Buying for a birthday?
Give it two weeks. If it is tighter than that, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it. We would rather lose the sale than take your money and hope.
Something gone wrong?
Email us and it comes back to a Melbourne address, not a warehouse you will never hear from. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to everything we sell.
