Terms of service

Who we are

Squish Society is a small online toy shop based in Melbourne, Australia, selling squishy and sensory toys bought through Australian wholesalers. We ship within Australia only.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you a confirmation. We may decline an order, and we will refund you in full if we do. The most common reason is that our wholesaler cannot supply the item after all, in which case we will tell you promptly rather than leave you waiting.

Made to order

We do not hold stock. Items are ordered in from our wholesaler after you buy. Dispatch takes up to 5 business days. See our shipping page for the full detail.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. We may change prices, but never after you have placed an order. If we have made an obvious pricing error we will contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.

Products

Product photography is supplied by our wholesaler and colours can vary slightly on your screen. Blind box and blind bag items are sold sealed, and the character inside is random.

Age

Our products are sold to adults. If a toy carries an age marking on its packaging, follow it.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where these terms conflict with that law, that law wins. See our refund policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
